Spring Delight Purse by UniquelyNancy

UniquelyNancy is an extremely talented quilter and fabric artisan and creates many, many gorgeous goodies for her Etsy shop, but I love this particular piece as an example of her great talents. I know it's not spring, but I love this purse and would proudly wear it all year long! I adore her use of colors and fabrics here, and the addition of the appliqued flowers is just brilliant. The handmade piping adds a professional touch and the unique use of shape in the purse flap puts Nancy leaps and bounds above other purse makers. The crowning touch is the gorgeous little button that adds the perfect bit of character to finish off the purse. Nancy doesn't know it yet, but she's a role model of mine; someone I look up to and hope to achieve her level of mastery in sewing skills one day.
