I saw photos of some of the Rare Kids with their Rare Bears and my heart was filled with joy. When I learned the use of bright fabrics and colorful prints is encouraged, I knew this project was for me. Each Rare Bear has a serial number so the bear can be tracked. As an added bonus, Bearskin makers receive a photo of the recipient child with their Rare Bear.
I have donated 16 Rare Bearskins (unstuffed - assembled bears) to Rare Science, Inc.
