Quiltsy Team Great Finds: 11-23-14 Starting to think about Christmas.....

Hello!  I'm back from the family Caribbean Cruise vacation!  Many Thanks to Kim of Gallagher Quilting for the last write-up on table runners.  She had some "great finds". :-)

She also made me think about Christmas presents.  While I am one totally against rushing holidays past others, I decided to make an exception with this pre-Thanksgiving post about potential Christmas presents from the Quiltsy Team.  Our team works hard to make the beautiful handmade items you see featured here, but in each shop, are more!!

Please CLICK ON the team link to see more!.....and now, please welcome.....

Cheers!  Jennifer

My mother and I make up the Olive Street Studio design and sewing team.  I cannot remember my mom NOT sewing or quilting.  Since 2003, we've made chenille and cotton baby quilts, baby gift sets, little girls dresses and skirts.  In 2013, we expanded into Home Decor quilts and after getting requests for even bigger quilts, we're working on largers quilts too.  Then, with extra time, because we all have extra time, ha ha, we also make reversible tote bags, smaller handbags, and zipper pouches.  I joined the Quiltsy Team on Etsy in 2010.

A Little Sunshine From FabricElements

Maybe it's the rainy Orgon weather, but when I took a peek in FabricElements shop today, this little beauty caught my eye! The lovely Hawaiian quiting design immediately made me think of warm tropical breezes and vacation time - a great pick me up for this time of year. I love the lining fabric, too, very feminine and pretty. Hint, hint, I wouldn't mind finding this under the tree come Christmas time! She also sells great lightboxes for tracing, so make sure you check those out while browsing her shop - FabricElements!
